have and maintain updated courses in Emergency First Aid and
Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS). |

Our company has
compiled a list of ten safety principles which we expect all
employees to follow. They are: |

- Safe
behavior is a condition of employment
- Maintain a
Safety Management System that looks for all the risks with
personal injury, health problems, damage to property and
the environment, and other loss caused by our company and
personnel
- Use the
System to make sure we keep control and comply with safety
laws
- All
injuries and occupational illnesses are preventable
- Encourage
reporting of “close calls”, unsafe acts and conditions,
and respond to these situations in a constructive way
- Carry out
regular scheduled safety checks and report any breaches of
health and safety
- Give
sufficient information, instruction, training and
supervision to enable employees to work safely
- Each
employee is required to take proper care of his or her own
health and safety at work and of the health and safety of
his or her colleagues and to co-operate in carrying out
any duty or requirement related to health and safety
matters imposed by the employees
- Excellent
safety results are always recognized and sought after
- Safety
